Logline:
When a new hire at a historic insurance company is assigned to a long-abandoned office, he unknowingly unlocks a violent chapter of the building’s past where unresolved guilt, family betrayal, and a decades-old massacre begin to bleed into the present, threatening to claim new victims.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- This is a non-union production
- Period wardrobe may be required for some roles (1970s business attire) Actors will also be asked to bring certain clothing items as well.
- All actors and extras must be punctual and professional
- Food will be provided on set
- Cast will be invited to a red carpet screening and premiere event (details to be announced)
- The film will be submitted to festivals and private industry screenings, offering visibility and networking opportunities
